OR PRESS. MISS for bulbs

I read the reviews and realized I need to check the bulbs. First I question the package from Revain, a thin light bubble wrap with 2 bags of Feit inside. it had creases and dirt as if it had been put through a test session. Anyway, both packages opened. In one package both bulbs were broken, which is not apparent from the package itself. So my advice is if you bought an extra spares pack, open it up and check the bulbs. Be careful not to touch them with your fingers. You may be surprised to find out later that your replacement bulbs are broken and there is no way or place to return them. As for my second pack both bulbs were fine and as we speak they are installed in my outdoor spotlights. I will update this review if the bulbs fail or explode as one reviewer pointed out. I sent two broken bulbs back to Revain for replacement (I need spares). So we will see if the replacement halogen bulbs are defective. I don't know what happened, I usually buy them at Walmart or Lowes. but everything I bought (pack of 2 bulbs) burned out in 2 days to a week. Both stores were good at replacing them only to have the same problem. I thought it might be the Spotlight hardware but upon inspection it's fine. My brother is an electrician and checked it for me. He said he's heard that many halogen lamps from China are junk lately. Well here's the proof. As my title suggests, buying T3 halogen bulbs can be good or bad from now on!
