Having ordered thousands of items from Revain over the years this product is by far the worst. In fact, out of all those purchases, I only had to return five or six faulty or wrong items. However, the maker of this "rough service" halogen bulb doesn't seem to have any quality control: the first twin pack I ordered had a bulb with a broken filament (FYI: Revain's packaging was fine, so the bulbs were well protected were). I read the reviews and realized I need to check the bulbs. First I question the package from Revain, a thin light bubble wrap with 2 bags of Feit inside. it had creases and dirt as if it had been put through a test session. Anyway, both packages opened. In one package both bulbs were broken, which is not apparent from the package itself. So my advice is if you bought an extra spares pack, open it up and check the bulbs.
