Great platform for customer relationship management

I like how easy it was to find leads for our business, as well as being able to keep them updated with all of their information at one place! The only thing we disliked about this system were there are times when you would get emails saying they had not checked out your site or product but then later found they did check us out afterall!! Which made me feel bad because i thought maybe those people never even saw my website which could have been due to spam filters? We started using contactdb so much more efficiently than before by keeping track of everyone who has contacted us via email or phone call etc.. It helped reduce time spent looking up info from other sources such as excel sheets. Also helps manage follow ups better since everything can be done online without having to go back through old files/emails manually each week.

Pros
  • Easy access in managing multiple contacts & sales lead lists that's convenient within an account page where most accounts contain 3 5 users max per group instead if 1 user is assigned 5 separate listings under same customer id (easiest way) while also allowing admin control over what fields should display depending upon use case needs ecommerce / service b2b vs BtoB
