I really expected it to please since it got such great reviews, but after first use I couldn't get it to hold its position and it popped up full pan size. Worse - I had to work really hard to clean it up. The fat of the flesh is burned and nothing can wash it away. There are holes on the bottom to prevent it from being placed in the dishwasher upside down (dirty water collects in it), which reduces cleaning efficiency in this way. I'm bored of this. I would work on cleaning it up and taking it to a thrift store, but why punish an unsuspecting third party. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone I respect.
