Update: It's been 5 months and I've washed the blouse at least once a week (up to 3 times in a few weeks), the patch is still perfect! This is the same white color; no yellow cast! The corners and edges are still glued to the clothing; no rolling! The cuts I made on the patch aren't frayed either! I am very impressed with the value I got from these patches! I highly recommend this product! I attached another patch to the clothing with a spiky tag sewn into the seam so it couldn't be cut out. The coverage of the tag with this patch was wonderful! I cut off as much of the label as possible so that it can be ironed and glued to the clothes as best as possible. That worked too, washed about 3 months and still no problems! Good to know that you can still produce quality and not everything is junk!———Original———So I used this for the first time and ironed on the spot where the collar of the blouse was torn from the hanger In a hotel sticking out a nail or staple out (which is why I like plastic hangers). So I cut out a patch three times the size of the tear and smooth it out on the inside and then a small patch on the outside just to cover the tear. It looks good and is completely covered by the collar. I love how thin they are and after ironing they become a bit translucent so you can see the pattern on the blouse through them and it seems to move with the fabric instead of stiffening like most patches. With its ability to stay in and the thinness of the patch, I don't really feel it on my neck. So I am very happy with this decision! The big test is how it holds up to washing and drying! Most patches will start to curl and lose adhesive after a few washes, so we'll see! But so far I am very satisfied!
