Hose stiffer than previous Waterpik products
handheld shower nozzles are made of hard plastic. Earlier versions of this material were soft to make it easier to remove limescale. There is less steel and more plastic in the hose. The road to hardship. The hose itself continues to rotate the shower head. I'm frustrated enough to dig up a competing brand spare hose I have in my basement.
