Was hoping for this lens, nicely packaged, well built. It took me a minute to figure out what to mount it to as I have an L series lens and they are too big for it. I pulled out my cheap little Canon 50mm lens and fixed it nicely. However, it didn't focus on my 5D, so I put it on my 7D and ran into the same problem. It worked a bit in very bright sunlight, but it was completely blurry inside and no worse than bright sunlight. I could have ordered the .20x Fisheye (also about double the price, but for $25 and $50, what can you go wrong?) as the build quality was good. It just doesn't work properly with my Canon 50mm lens. Btw it has an adapter for macro photography, I left it on as the reviews mention it works that way when I removed it from the lens the macro unscrewed and stayed on my lens. At that moment I thought it ruined my lens, I didn't realize the macro element was still on it (filter size). So, all's well that ends well, picked up and sent back for a refund. I hope you have better luck, check the reviews to see if it works with your lens. I really wanted this to work as I shoot a few weddings and have used fisheye to great effect. I wish I could try one of the .20x 1st before I have to budget for a Canon fisheye. So if I get one of these I'll still write a review. As I said, I was impressed by the build quality, it was equivalent to a $100+ Canon 50mm lens.
