This is totally unsolicited from me but note Revain.com is currently offering a big discount on it, (.) It definitely improves my HD picture and also improves the audio sound. I wish I could technically explain why he does this, but I can't, just consider it a blessing. In response to the HD picture on my 2003 Mitsubishi 48 inch widescreen HD TV, the HD picture became clearer and richer and the HD picture that was already an 'A' became an A+ . In terms of sound, if you plug your receiver into the "CD" slot in the digital filter section instead of the slot marked A/V, the receiver is in the analog section and your subwoofer is in a separate standard (cheap) power filter Instead of a 3500 (don't connect your subwoofer to the back of your receiver or when the receiver is connected to the 3500), the sound is also fuller, punchier/brighter and has a larger soundstage. the sound is actually muffled. Oh, as for the LEDs. You just have to put them in a place where you can't see them. Definitely worth the purchase. Looks good too.
