The price is the best thing about this paper. 60+ 300 GSM sheets for less than $25 is a steal. However, this paper is NOT 100% cotton, so don't think it's anything other than student paper. Arteza makes 100% cotton paper that is sold in 14-sheet notebooks - they call their "Expert" paper. Still, it's good paper. It's heavy and cold-pressed, but still a bit smooth. If you are looking for a lot of structure, you will not like this paper. The paper is strong and does not bend much wet on wet. Of course, you should always tape the paper so it stays flat as you draw. I'm new to watercolor painting (as you can see from my tree painting) and this paper is great for practicing techniques and testing colors. Heaven, but dry brush and wet on dry look very good. I'm still learning how to control the water, so maybe they'll go away over time. Overall, this is solid student work at a very reasonable price. Great for kids, beginners and even more experienced users who want to try different things.
