My Kit: ALR Chain'd Out Appletine, APS Carnitine (tablets), APS L-Glutamine (unflavored), ALR HumaPro Powder (Pineapple) Flavor: I bought the Appletini from Chain'd Out and so far I like them. I use it once a day every day. On the first day I gave everything and made a full stack. It was very sour with apple and pineapple. I broke it up and made an appletini on another use and I really like it. It reminds me of a sour, happy rancher. No weird aftertaste. Emotions: I've read several reviews mentioning this as a stimulant. I am quite sensitive to stimulants and this is not a stimulant. It doesn't make you feel nervous or anything like that. If you are looking for a stimulant I (PERSONALLY) think this is not for you. At the same time, everyone reacts differently, so I don't want to humiliate anyone. Results: I noticed a significant difference in how I felt and my body shape when using my stack. Unfortunately I haven't broken down which individual products help me the most, but I love it. I drink it first thing in the morning and don't need coffee the rest of the time. If I feel like I need more substance/nutrition before or after a workout, I add a different blend or just add one of the drinks - Chain'd Out or HumaPro. Overall: I plan to buy them again if/when budget allows. I think it's a reasonable price for the results I'm seeing. I know everyone reacts differently to different products, but this seems to be the most consistent thing I've seen.
