I am 1.70 m tall 208 I could hardly pull the big one over my shoulder. I sent it back and ordered XXL. I haven't received it yet so I don't know how it will fit. The shirt is sewn well, stretches a little but not much. Definitely not a really tight shirt. I think it's worth buying if you can get the right size.
