In theory these wicker balls are great. but because they are made of hard plastic, they wear out very quickly (especially since you have to hit them A LOT with a lot of practice). We spent some time in our back yard and with the drive they were still a fair distance away (we hit our house as we have a small back yard and weren't worried about damaging the window or our siding). I recommend, just wish they were softer plastic or rubber so we can use them more often.
