The fabric is comfortable and a little heavier than normal fabric. Accommodates iPad 9.7 with protective case (with lip version). Very easy. Was not sealed, so no unpacking necessary. In small pockets you can put glasses, phone, notebooks. His wife uses it. I don't think it will fit a larger iPad, especially if it has a protective case. It's not adjustable, so an angle is an angle, but for most applications it's a good angle.
