Most TV apps don't work

Apps like HBO Go, Movistar Play, Apple TV don't work at all. Directv GO requires additional configuration, Netflix doesn't work well and when you open one or another application it starts to work very slowly, so you have to turn off the device and turn it on again. I'm trying to return it, but the return shipping cost is 3x more than the box itself, and Revain only offer a $20 refund, so it's more expensive to ship back than to keep. That's what I spend my money on.
