Review on 🚰 AquaTru - Advanced Countertop Water Filtration & Purification System with Enhanced Mineralization by Rebecca Johnson

Got the device today and it didn't work. The first problem was that the water tanks were installed incorrectly. Once it worked, it shut down after 10 seconds. No matter what I tried in the troubleshooting guide, it didn't work. I called customer service and they said there are two metal sensors on the top of the filtered water container. They are next to the handle. You'll have to look through the back of the container to see them. These two metal contacts are used to turn off the machine when it is full. Water completes the circuit when it touches two contacts. The problem I had was that there was soapy water behind the handle touching the two pins that completed the circuit. I flushed it again and it worked. So make sure it's not the real us or Sudsy where the contacts are. The device works great so far!
