Attaching the cover may be easier than the original art.

There is no installation information on the cover. The only PDF paragraph online says to first remove the hose assembly which is bolted to the hose assembly with large fittings with some sort of putty. heavy things. I followed the other instructions here, lightly coating the rubber with hand soap and running it slightly up and through the bottom of the hose and up the hose to and over the outlet valve and then onto the dial indicator. From there it's a bit like maneuvering a tire on a bike rim, a tight but snug fit and if you have the right side up front at the gauge edge it's tight. I first tried two wrenches to loosen the nuts as recommended by the company and, um, I gave up. Not a very instructive way as others have pointed out. If they sold it with a cap for a few bucks more, it would be a gift to the tire gauge crowd of mankind. Who hates jerking off on something that thin. Oh good. I hope the sensor works well and for a long time. I note that the company limits the warranty to 90 days, which I think is a little tight.
