First exposure to anything dent-related. Someone opened the door for me. They left a nice crease "along the style line". Dealing with such a small wrinkle was a real challenge. After a few failed attempts, I started experimenting with different reeds and stronger yellow glue. It turns out that for such a small crease in such a place, it's best to pull manually with a T-handle. The dent is 99% better than before. It can still be seen in the right light and angle, but the PDR technology wasn't 100% guaranteed either, and it cost $165 plus tax.
