KEY BROKEN (cannot be removed from bike)

Only used a few times since purchase. The first few times is fine. I put it on last weekend and then the key just got stuck in the lock when I tried to get it out. Completely broken and locked to my bike miles from home. Finally, after about half an hour of shaking and tugging, it popped open. It won't lock again - and I'll never risk using a lock like that again. Reliability is #1 and it has failed spectacularly.
