Does what it should. but scratches Heininger 4016
He does what he has to do. But due to the way it stays in place, the Heininger 4016 handlebar's protective coating will scratch and eventually the coating will come off. Two thumbscrews thread into the shaft and apply pressure to hold it in place. The method works, but harms. Two stars for it working. Three stars deducted because it wasn't a smart combination.
