ok cool concept. Terrible application. I had to use it once. I used it once, it was magic. I love it. My chocolate is perfectly tempered and I've made beautiful cocoa bombs. That's all. Once. Now anyone in their right mind knows that this probably shouldn't go in the dishwasher and even if the product said it was a real baker they wouldn't put it in it which is why I didn't have done. Washed by hand with a damp sponge. Should be good, right? A month later I'm making another batch for Valentine's Day. And of course it can no longer display the temperature. So now I have another spatula, only this one now has a stupid metal stick in the middle that doesn't work and I don't have a 30 day return window. Wouldn't buy again.
