Solid CMS with many features & potential, albeit time will tell
I like that it has many features but is easy enough so anyone can use with little training required, as well we are still working out all of its potential; there's nothing at this point in particular which makes me dislike anything about APEX yet (though more time will tell).
We've used other systems before where you need an IT department or someone who knows how software works just fine - not everyone does! If your team doesn't have people capable then find some freelancers/consultants willing help get things up & running quickly while they learn what their new system should look / do etc., otherwise expect lots o' frustration when something isn’t quite right until eventually after 2 weeks into using them everything starts feeling clunky again :P.
- It's got lots of features and is easy to use (for me at least), and the support is great!
- I dislike that it's a bit too complex for a new user to be able to understand how to make it do what they want it to do
