It took me a few tries to get the screws into the wall. 2 pulled completely halfway into the wall and I had to manually unscrew them to try again. I then drilled a pilot hole and removed another screw before finally attaching one. Then I switched to the second rack with hooks, and it screwed in almost all the way, and the head broke off (see photo). That might be fine if you're screwing drywall and they don't need to take any load, but if you have to strain to screw them in, they're terrible. Do not buy!
