Contradictory at best.

Can't keep balance and the movements seem completely inconsistent. I've watched countless videos hoping I'm just doing something wrong. Although it doesn't look like it.

Pros

Easy to assemble: simply attach the shaft to the base with nuts, then place the balancing cone on top of the shaft to complete the assembly, making the spirit level's sturdy edge easy to use
