This harness arrived this afternoon and I have fitted our Giant Schnauzer. The big one suits him. This is a solid pendant and well made. Seams are tight with few stitches, so there are more stitches per inch, which can strengthen fastening. The chest piece seems very solid, with some sort of heavier reinforcement underneath the cover fabric. In other words, a bib isn't just two pieces of fabric sewn together. The whole harness looks like it can prevent the dog from flying forward in case of a sudden hit. In any case, a stronger harness, well made and thought out, seems more likely to prevent him from throwing himself forward if suddenly stopped. So we invested in this one. Like all Kurgo harnesses, they were easy to put on and adjust. And if the dog doesn't chew them every now and then (like we do sometimes), they wear out like iron. I would recommend this based on the construction, attention to detail and previous experience with the Kurgo harness.
