Bought as a gift did not have time to fit

So I bought this as a gift for my father as his previous doorknob broke and he was using other means to save his door. He supplied it home and he proceeded with the installation.He mentioned that he had problems with the part that goes through the door and connects to the inside and outside handles.It kept falling and getting stuck when trying it from the outside pressed the button.I'll be honest and give this review 4 stars because they finally made it better but not perfect.He's not always the most patient when it comes to setting things up.Design it looks beautiful and was a perfect replacement for the broken original.
