I love the concept of compostable "plastic" disposable tableware. Unfortunately, they're so brittle that trying to pick up steamed broccoli will break them. Stems and teeth broke off. If the food was really warm they would start to melt and fall apart. I have used a different brand and they were able to be washed and reused several times before going bad. I'm just really disappointed and wish they found a way to keep it compostable. while at the same time improving service friendliness.
