I liked how you could create your own template from scratch or just use one of their prebuilt ones that are already organized for different themes, seasons etc., It was very helpful to have all our services listed in 1 platform so it's easier when we send out an email update! Not sure what other people think about this but there were some issues where emails would not go through if they weren't sent before midnight PST (that is why i'm adding more time).
