These treadmills are perfect for my winter home in Florida. They also have a feline cachet! I spent a fortune (four times the value of the house) that I inherited from my mother. I wanted the house to have a complete upgrade from its years as an antique dump, which wasn't quite right in northern homes. I chose an eclectic mix of Tommy Bahama West Indies and Norwegian leather furniture from Stressless. Contemporary, exquisitely handcrafted furniture with touches of antiques, such as the 400-year-old library cabinet. The kitchen now features top-of-the-line cabinetry, beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Since the relative was a famous Florida landscape painter, the home paid homage to the relaxing elegance of a tropical home. I stumbled across an immaculate 1950's bamboo collection that reminded me of a scene from Cuba in The Godfather 2. The quality is second to none. Even the tall fixtures featured hand-carved parrots. And each element of the seat is hand-tied in 9 directions. Even a 9ft sofa that separates. Standing over 6ft tall, the halogen floor lamp is crafted from aged metal with palm fronds and hand blown glass, similar to a rug runner. This is a new addition to the tropical pool. One way matches the kitchen with a "T" as I have a New Guinea palm top with a granite backsplash over the range and a stainless steel and glass hood. Another hallway is in front of the large dresser in the master bedroom - all adorned with handcrafted palm fronds, as is the huge upstairs mirror. The runners match the bedroom's granite floor, and next to the Tommy Bahama West Indies four-poster bed, everything is tied together like I ordered custom joggers. I'm amazed at how nicely these runners sit at home. The price is just ridiculous. I would never have found such runners, even if I had been looking for them for decades. And cats love to sleep on it. I got 5 large Stressless chairs for the living room so this conversation is more than welcome! I will update the photos once my housekeeper is able to clean up again. She's used to me not being able to pick up the vacuum cleaner but the Covid distancing will give a well deserved boost. If you have a tropical style home this is a steal! And definitely. Update 10/28/21 Runners are still as good as day one! However, one of my 20 year old cats (number 1) started walking on the treadmill in the bedroom. Argh. I received helpful advice from the first reviewer. I stand on all fours and wash the daily gifts. Even if there is a clean box just around the corner and used for number 2, I am responsible for cleaning it. The housekeeper wants to machine wash it but I trust reviewer 1's results. So far the cleaning has really worked and how to blame the old lady. I'll buy a new runner when her days are up. Cats were originally desert animals. That's why her urine smells so strong. They keep the maximum moisture of the body. I forgot how cheap these runners are, but changing them every day would be crazy. If I knew how to teach an old cat new tricks I'd have a world bestseller, so I forgive and clean. Like the huge windows, my housekeeper leaves these chores to me. I wake up to this terrible gift and grateful to live alone in my Florida home. How could you make another person suffer because of it? Oddly enough, that doesn't happen in any other house I own. Oh thank you! I wish I knew how to change this behavior, but the carpet holds up very well to daily cleaning. The scraper looks great even with a cleaning brush, so whatever, these rugs are a bargain and really nice to look at! Along with all the beautiful interior design, these treadmills are second to none. EZ 5 Star Purchase! I also added bath towels for the hands in the kitchen. Strangely, each towel cost more than the carpet. So if you have Tommy Bahama (or similar) tropical furniture, this treadmill is perfect! I have a masters degree in architecture and interior design if that helps. I try to follow most reviews for about a year after living with the items purchased and kicking their tires. Especially when things are expensive. Almost everything seems great right away - hopefully. But what really matters, especially when it comes to expensive items, is that you're really happy you bought it? That's why I follow. I wrote this because I do my daily duty and I still love my runner so much!
