Dissatisfied and unimpressed
It took over 20 minutes to connect the controller to the collar. No matter how many times you read the instructions, it doesn't get any easier. The battery life is super short. Fully charged and after 2 hours I charge again. The vibrating power is useless as my pup completely ignored it. The shock setting had to be set to 6 before I saw any reaction. Overall a bad product but that's my opinion.
