Real glass, works very well.

I didn't think people would be allowed to use real glass on mirrors, but this one is. It is very easy to install, you just pull out the old glass, clean the mating surface and use double-sided tape to stick the new one. Looks like new and saves us a few hundred dollars on buying a new set of mirrors.
