It's very simple to use it has many integrations with other software, its secure and also comes in paid version as well which is great because I'm not trying this product just yet but will surely try once released. Its free so no risk of trying new thing without knowing too much about them. Good security features are another advantage. This platform should have more integration and have better UI compared with competitors. Great Platform if you're looking for something safe and reliable. We use it to communicate between our internal teams as well as send messages across geographies. I like that it is easy to use and it is HIPAA compliant. I dislike the fact that there is no way to have an offline conversation. I wish there was a way to have an offline conversation. I also dislike that the app is not available for Android. I use TigerText to communicate with my team. It is easy to use and it is HIPAA compliant. I am able to send secure messages to my team members.
