Review on Frieling Scoring Making Blades Natural by Tonya Wolfe

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works much better than a knife

The cuts you see on bread aren't just decorative. They ensure that the bread rises evenly and in a controlled manner. The weakest point in dough is always the crack; The meaning of the lame is to direct the gases as they expand. A knife will do the job, but chrome (essentially a razor blade on a handle with a leather case to cover the blade when not in use) gives more precise cuts. Such a beautiful lameness can make you creative.

Pros
  • Includes 5 blades and protective storage case
Cons
  • Small Parts
