Review on Enhanced Performance Volant 15958C Cool Air Intake Kit for Maximum Airflow by Jessie Vrbensky

I have a 2000 Camaro SS Thanks Volant on the package! Each component has been wrapped in bubble wrap and packed tightly in a beautiful box. Installation wasn't difficult for me. I've read reviews that mention using a heat gun, but I managed to install it by brute force (laughs). The instructions were clear and made installation easy. The filters didn't look oily so I added some K&N spray. The rubber gasket that surrounds the box was a little difficult to assemble. I left it in the sun for an hour which made the setup more comfortable. The filter is shifted slightly to the right, but that doesn't bother me. I didn't think I'd notice a huge difference, but this car was completely awake in the midrange. It has a lot of traction and makes a medium noise when I step on the gas. I've also noticed an improvement in fuel economy which makes a good case for convincing your wife to let you buy it! Overall, Volant is a great product that I feel is a much better alternative to the competition. Five stars out of five.
