These socks are awesome. I bought a set of six pairs and wore one pair and an hour later they arrived yesterday. I chopped wood tonight in these socks and skinny boots. I live in Michigan and it's getting colder there. It was 22 degrees Fahrenheit and I stepped on a 6 inch deep puddle of water with a thin layer of ice. Water got into my shoe and sock. I have diabetes and had to go home immediately to change my socks and shoes. To my surprise, my foot didn't freeze. I worked another 2 hours with wet feet. They don't even advertise it and they should. I gave 2 pairs to my wife, she has restless legs syndrome and after a few hours she said "the pain is gone". I will be buying a few more six packs of these excellent socks. I'm 70 years old and have a "tired leg" from my diabetes that hasn't come back since yesterday, I hope it's gone.
