Easy to clean
I bought these pans because they got the highest rating from the staff of this famous consumer magazine. And they were there. Easy to clean with soapy water and a sponge. I didn't have to use the plastic side of the sponge. Thick enough to heat evenly, but a thicker one might be more impressive. The smaller 10-inch pan was also supposed to have a lid, but we ordered one from Home Depot. (Not found on Revain.) Very pleased.
