This design works. He had endless fuel problems on an 18.5hp Briggs & Stratton John Deere lawn tractor. Last fall, they installed one of these cylinders, rated at four times the cost. who died this spring. I know that from other engines. Worked perfectly out of the box. Just had to change the nipples to 1/4 inch. This is a low pressure unit for all petrol engines that typically use gravity pumps or older cam driven mechanical pumps.
