I like that it's easy for small business owners or family members who are not computer savvy at all but still need access from anywhere as they travel in their jobs (or just personal use). It makes tracking flight information very simple! The only thing i would say could be improved was maybe more features so there isn't always extra charges if you want additional fields added into your account which can get expensive depending how many people have them set up under one profile/account with this service provider - however other providers also charge per field when using multiple accounts within same client base of clients etc., sometimes adding new users costs money too where certain types of updates aren't free anymore either unless paid upgrade fees apply even though some may include those upgrades already included without having upgraded previously before? Just make sure what works best will fit well enough for everyone involved whether its work related travels between home office.
