Review on πŸŽ’ MeFOTO Backpacker S Lightweight Aluminum Travel Tripod/Monopod - Black (BPSABLK) by Alexandra Johnson

Get him (or one of his siblings)! You will not be disappointed.

Sturdy quality tripod. The twist locks on the legs work well and are quick. You can easily learn to just take 2 or 3 for the height you need. Also two positions in angle/height. The center column slides out so you can raise it a bit higher (just be careful when the center is that high). I mainly use it for a camping tripod because the overall size is (usually) adequate, it's solid and feels solid (although I keep an eye on it in the wind), it's light and overall seems to have a quality finish. While the ball head isn't as pretty as its big brothers, it works well and snaps into place quickly and securely. And this little thing folds up so small that I actually have to lengthen the column a bit or it's not tall enough to mount a tripod on my backpack. I love this little thing. And for what it's worth, I gave it a try because I'm already on a road trip and I can't say enough good things about it. I could get two other sizes just to have the right set of high quality, well working (and very nice looking) tripods. For me, when you mention tripods, just say MeFoto.
