This items is a great item and a life saver. Only complaint is when shippng the box is not suitable for shipping. Due to the rough handling of delivery personal the box dosent survive. Had my first pump make it to the final postal office and get returned due to being unbelievable. Customer service was awesome and reordered a new one. This one almost didnt make it. Book was torn up but some did take the time to tape up the box. Please please makes the box stronger or double box.
