Perfect for my Bosch 3727 This pad is a bit harder than the one that came with the grinder which I like. It looks like it will last longer as the softer upholstery has started to crumble and fall apart after a few years. Since it's a stiffer foam I think it will last longer. Good for sanding flat plates and you can get to the edge and not worry about rounding corners as the soleplate doesn't flex as much.
