I'm impressed!: cheese tools
I've never seen a cut like this before, but my curiosity got the better of me. I'm so glad it happened. I use a lot of cheese and this slicer is just the ticket. It's extremely easy to use, easier than any other slicer I've had. It cuts through hard cheeses almost like butter. Cuts more evenly than other slicers I've had. One side is cut thinner and the other is thicker. If the wire starts to loosen, all you have to do is turn the top knob and it's nice and tight again. And did I mention it takes up almost no drawer space? Does not mix with other utensils.
