My buddy broke a spot welded nut in the floor pan of his Subarus driveshaft center bearing. There was absolutely no way to tighten it with a nut and bolt as the spot welded nut was inside the floor pan's hollow section and would require some serious cutting or welding. My Cornwell nut kit only fits the m8 so I noticed this part looked fairly familiar and ordered it. This is the exact same part but also upgraded to M10. This and a large set of full fasteners allowed the driveshaft to be tightened to 40-50 ft-lbs in minutes. What a deal, very happy with no tool prices or weeks of waiting
