Check for leaks and check the cooling system

Well that's my luck. I bought a whole rig from Specter for my 1999 Subaru Legacy Outback in April 2017. A/C condenser, CU1853 cooler and fan. The fans failed because the middle pins burned out 3 months after installation so I hardwired them to make them work properly. Since last Thursday, October 3, 2019, the car suddenly became very hot while stuck in traffic on a rainy evening on the way home from work, the same radiator was leaking in the pipes just in front of the left cooling fan and splashing coolant at the very front. engine.battery.alternator and belts.my temp sensor was tied to H.so i got home about 3 minutes after the incident.let car cool down.i thought cap failure on the 1st but after filling it with coolant, there was pressurized suction in the hose so i manually bled it. and could see coolant leaking from the center fins. So on October 4th, 2019 I went to the Autozone and bought a new radiator. it turns out these are the same spectra from CU1853. he filled it in. I started the engine after about 10 minutes of warming up and purging the system with air. The fans are working and everything, so I went to the diagnostic drive. After 6 blocks, steam escaped from the radiator again. .no spot like the 1st cooler.leaked again, so cared for and parked at home. This was another CU1853 spectrum so I sent it to the shop the next day where it was installed on Sunday October 6th 2019. After opening the box, my mechanic and I examined it. No rips, stains, wear or damage. it is with coolant. didn't start the car. installed when the engine is cold. The radiator leaked on the side where the aluminum meets the plastic. $119 off Autozone and. 2 Payment of mechanic installation fees. This is a manufacturer's mistake in terms of build quality. Bad enough that 2017 exploded a purchase so quickly but 2 bad ones in one weekend. 1st accident. These items must be properly pressure tested prior to sale to ensure they are of the correct quality to prevent this from happening again.
