So incredibly sad.: my review
I am so incredibly sad. I ordered this bracelet and it is really beautiful. My daughter's ashes were placed in a heart amulet and tightened. I put the bracelet on to dinner over Mother's Day weekend and when I got home the heart was gone - only the screw remained on my bracelet. This is a greater loss than just losing a bracelet.
