These shoes are very comfortable. I normally wear a women's size 11 but according to their size chart I'm a 10.5 so I bought these and they fit. I fractured my heel about 2.5 years ago and am still in pain from the injury but these shoes have a decent heel pad which really helps. The included laces are also a good length; they are not too long. My feet sometimes feel like they are slipping forward. Overall, I would highly recommend this shoe to anyone with heel pain, anyone working on hard floors or concrete, and anyone who needs to be on their feet for 8+ hours at a time. Good quality, good price.
