This product solves a problem I've always had in my sous vide. Things were swimming around and cooking unevenly. I tried different clips to attach the bag to the sides but they never worked properly. I jumped at the opportunity to try this new sous vide rack. It comes unassembled out of the box and takes no time to assemble. This allows for different configurations to accommodate packages of different sizes. I usually just cook a couple of steaks and nothing else. The great thing is that it is durable stainless steel to prevent rusting. It sits firmly on the bottom of the pool and the spiral dividers deftly hold the bags in place until I'm ready to take them out. The handle is firm enough that they won't float away on their own when pushed by the water circulation. I love adding this grill to my cooking tool kit.
