I have a 2014 Mercedes CLA and this is a great replacement for the factory screen. Everything but the screwdriver is included for a true plug and play installation. This screen is aesthetically pleasing, easy to use, connects to Wi-Fi and it's great that I can download apps like YouTube from the Google Play Store. It also has the option of using a SIM card to connect to a 4G network. Another added bonus was that my car didn't have a backup camera and I was told by a professional that I would need to install a video module in order to use the backup camera. not with this device! I also installed a backup camera, hooked it up to this screen and it works great. Also excellent customer service. Any help or question I had was answered quickly via WhatsApp. I highly recommend this product!
