I like that it has all of our internal processes in one place as well as the customer facing interactions we have at work. It's not very intuitive out-of-the box; however there are some tutorials online if needed. We've been using this product since 2010 so can't really say much about any changes or improvements they made recently but overall their support team was fantastic back then too! The main thing we dislike about ChannaLity right now is how long it takes between updates from them. There's no way around waiting several weeks after every update before new features come through. They need more frequent releases instead of just patching outdated versions of products/features when something breaks. This helps get rid of inconsistencies throughout our system which saves time later down the line fixing problems.
