Tailgate Cover does the job at a great price. There are disadvantages that compensate for the price. It is shorter than a regular clamshell. I have a Dodge Ram and I have about 6 inches of clearance on the sides and over 6 inches of clearance from the bumper up. This doesn't detract from the work of the cover, but it doesn't look as good as some of the others. Personally, I'm willing to sacrifice looks for price. The hole for the rear view camera is ok. I don't see my hitch to know how far back to go. This is fine for making sure there's no one behind you, but not great when you need to hitch a trailer or pull into a parking space. I always leave mine on, so that's a minor annoyance. I rode my MTB for 3 hours and it didn't fall at all. He held it. Installing it myself was quite difficult as I didn't have anyone to hold the straps, but I figured it out. Maybe it could be done a little differently to work better. For me it would be 5 stars if it were bigger and the camera opening was better. Definitely worth the money.
