So close to being a 4 or 5 star product, but ultimately I decided to return it.I’ll start with the bad since I returned it. For me, it came down to the overall quality and look and feel. As you can see in my first picture, upon arrival it had wrinkles and looked nothing like the picture they have on the product page. I stuffed it full and used the hairdryer on it and this did the trick on most of the wrinkles. BUT, as you can see in the second and third picture it can’t repair the sloppy manufacturing and seaming process. The material is just too loose and as you can see along the edge seems, there is extra material that was not pulled tight during the seaming process. This is the difference between an average product and a premium product. Call me a snob, but I want my bag to feel premium like my new Surface Laptop that I’ll be storing in it.It’s a shame because there is a lot to like about this bag. It fits my Surface Laptop 3 15 inch absolutely perfect. It’s like it was made specifically for it. The inside is plush and padded. Also, I love the outside nylon material look and feel (if it was pulled tight). And the overall design is exactly what I wanted with the minimalist sleeve and a slim pocket on the outside. Functionally it is perfect.Oh well, I hope this review helps someone out.
